I know the feeling of uncertainty, it feels like the end of the world. You feel lost and feel like there’s nothing more to live. Everything is finished. But, It’s not like that because till your breath is there. There’s hope. But Hope is a beggar, I have faith.

Things to do when you feel shitty.

Stop being a Victim's personality. Life is hard. Take as it comes. Don’t be too serious. Easy way to live if today is my last day how would I live or on my deathbed, Will I still be bothered by these things which are happening around me?

Get conscious about your thoughts see from where they are getting. With whom you are feeling negative. The person who is letting or bringing you down by making you feel terrible about yourself. Or you are watching that shitty content to escape your reality. Get rid of all these things. They are starting points of feeling a little bit better.

These things will make you feel a little better. But it's a constant battle you have to face every day. Don’t let anybodies judgments feel like you are a very big failure. We fail when we stop trying but you should try wholeheartedly as half-hearted it’s not worth and even if you fail you will have no regrets. Then try something else and explore.

It’s easier said done but life is like a bitter pill we have to consume daily no matter what. How terrible it feels. Success is going from failure again n again without losing faith. And it is just a moment. For this moment you have to sacrifice a lot.

You have to try these little things to get up again in life. That’s how winning is done. “No one rises suddenly in the world, Not even the sun”.
